Homeowners have the option to be involved in the many activities sponsored by the Marwood Homeowners Association. Our homeowners have the opportunity and are encouraged to participate in holiday festivities, seasonal social outings, game and card playing activities, book club discussions, Bible study lessons, exercise and water aerobics classes, and sewing, knitting, and crafting sessions.
Additionally, homeowners have access to and the use of an equipped fitness room, a computer center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a community center with meeting and party room facilities.
Single-family home and villa floor plans offer a variety of housing characteristics and layouts. Marwood homeowners experience the comfort of neighborhood security patrols as well as having the benefit of a professional landscaping service, which relieves our homeowners of the burden of repetitive yard chores.
